Refund policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Customized or altered items (including custom lengths) are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
